Dynasty was founded by Melissa Cheng — an entrepreneur with a track record of transforming financial complexity into clarity. Throughout her career across multiple industries, Melissa built a reputation for identifying opportunity, creating efficiency, and building systems that actually work for business owners.

In 2024, Dynasty expanded with the addition of Yuliia Nikolaieva as Partner and CFO. An accomplished accountant with a sharp eye for detail and process improvement, Yuliia brings data-driven precision that strengthens every client engagement.

Together, Melissa and Yuliia lead Dynasty with a shared belief: that every business owner deserves financial clarity, strategic thinking, and a team genuinely invested in their long-term success.
